The most unprofessional and I didn’t even get to get my hair done. Absolutely rude and most inconsiderate establishment. Also the owner likes to harass you after they mess up and u explained already that you are not interested because of the experience not once but about 3 times of attempting to get your hair done at this shop and trying to give them chances to show that the have better business etiquette.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBraider didn’t arrive until 8:30am for my 8am appt but I still had to wait because there was another customer before me who had a 7:30am appt. Went to get some food and came back but she had only put a couple braids in the other customer’s head. I asked if I had to wait until she was done and she started telling me some story about her sister was supposed to do my hair but got sick so she would call her friend instead. She called someone on speakerphone and they nonchalantly talked for 15 minutes until I got up and walked to the door. She said “uh oh” and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Nope! Critical: ProfessionalismI booked an appointment online and it was confirmed. I get to the shop and they tell me they can’t do my hair because the lady was not there. This is really bad service and not professional at all. I would not waste my time ever again going here.

They are really good at what they do BUT…..they have to do better on time. If my appointment is at 9 AM DO NOT show up at 10:30/11 o’clock….. their two biggest downfalls are that they are NEVER ON TIME & you have to call a thousand times before getting a hold of someone.
