Love my stylist Josie but the young receptionist never friendly charged my Discover twice then manager would not refund the double charge had to dispute it with Discover to get my money back too much of a hassle not customer friendly which is unfortunate for the stylists that do such a good job management needs to learn how to better handle the business and have better customer service if you use them make sure your charges are correct and your cc has not been charged twice.

The general atmosphere is very nice. Everything is clean and the employees are very nice. The lady at the counter was very polite and offered me a beverage during my very short wait. I was able to schedule an appointment same day and they really worked with my schedule. Brittany was the hair dresser that cut my hair. And she did a few things that really had me worried……at first. In the beginning she started cutting my hair with a razor. I’ve already had an AWFUL experience with that style of cutting hair before. So I was already super nervous. Then she cut a VERY define choppy layer in my hair. My gut sank. I felt terrible because I knew she could see it on my face how concerned I was. I made my concerns known and in the end my hair looked amazing. I felt so bad about how I acted during the process, but I was so nervous going in there. Brittany did such a good job and handled herself very well when I had my “uh oh” moment! Would definitely recommend.

My daughter saw Brittany for a color. First of all she doesn’t know how to match the color with a picture we gave her. Second of all they stated they have a two-week policy. We notified Brittany that we are going on a cruise and will be gone a week. She said that was okay to let the hair sit 2 weeks then let us know. So when we went back to let them know that the hair color is too dark they told us the two weeks is up and that they will have to charge us full price to highlight her hair. That is absolutely ridiculous.

I have been coming to this location for 3 years now and I love it. The staff is amazing and always willing to work with you. Price is reasonable, location is clean, and comfortable. I refuse to go anywhere else to have my hair done, I trust them completely.
