Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter went to Dashing Queen in Vestal to get a full set of Gel nails a few days ago. The next day 4 nails popped off. She went back and they replaced them and the next day 3 more fell off! I called there to tell them she just wants them off and her money returned but the very rude lady that did her nails said they don’t return money and they will just fix them. I said she can’t waste anymore time coming there and she said well I don’t get my time returned either! Are you kidding me? I at that time asked for the owner and she said she was in NY I asked if she could leave a message to have her call me and she said no and hung up on me. I called back and said do you think that’s right to hang up on a customer? Do you think that is good customer service? She hung up on me 2 more times. I then went to post the story on their Facebook page but they disabled reviews because as I was looking the reviews were all negative! Surprise Surprise right? She paid $65 for these nails and just wanted her money back. I have been there a few times and this same girl has been extremely rude each time. (Short hair with tattoos all over her) She should not be working in customer service! My daughter went to Dashing Queen in Vestal to get a full set of Gel nails a few days ago. The next day 4 nails popped off. She went back and they replaced them and the next day 3 more fell off! I called there to tell them she just wants them off and her money returned but the very rude lady that did her nails said they don’t return money and they will just fix them. I received a “basic pedicure” and wanted gel polish.. he started my service. My water was freezing cold. He was rushing the entire time,with nobody on a wait or in behind me, so not sure why my entire service was rushed. I was going to go with an upgraded package but because he didn’t speak the entire time or ask I decided I’d just do the basic. He lotioned my right left and massaged for about 1.5 minutes (maybe) then moved on to my left. LITERALLY, smeared lotion (not even fully on my entire leg, took about 4 seconds) gets up & gets a hot towel… im thinking he’s going to put that on my right leg he just massaged for 1.5 minutes.. but no, he WIPES THE LOTION OFF OF MY LEFT LEG. no massage, whatsoever. Im quite frankly not even sure why he wasted his time with the lotion. Finished painting and at the end I payed 50$ for a “basic pedicure” w/ gel polish …so it is a $20 uncharge for gel polish?! absolutely insane… so disappointed in the “service”. I went here with an appointment. They were definitely short staffed, which I get, the entire world is. I received ultimately one of the worst experiences. I received a “basic pedicure” and wanted gel polish.. he started my service. My water was freezing cold.
