I called them first to see if they were busy, the young lady who answered the phone was able to provide me with their prices for the services I wanted. I arrived shortly after and had to get a bad acrylic set removed from a different nail salon and the process was painless, she was gentle and removed them quickly. She did an amazing job, she was quick and they offered refreshments. I will definitely be coming back! Very friendly helpful staff, very clean and trendy salon.

I saw a pic online and I was able to get my nails done the same way with no hesitation. The vibez are awesome. Service was great.i had to leave to go pickup my daughter and was able to return right back. Will definitely be going back 100% across the board.

Not impressed. First time going here. Overall they tried their best and were generally polite and courteous but the quality was just not there. Some guy was arguing with an older man and lady and the front desk girl about his time and needing to go elsewhere. But there were plenty of employees and no customers at the time so…that should’ve been my first clue. The gel polish for my toes has scratches on it, the nail art was not great, and the dip nails were uneven and cuticles were not addressed at all. They totaled the cost incorrectly for the services. I felt bad for going there 45 mins before closing but they insisted it was fine when I called ahead. I’ll probably go to another salon and get it redone. I paid $120 for dip nails and pedicure + gel polish. The pedicure was good and removed calluses. I will say I didn’t see any cleaned tools and the pillows were stained. I had regular polish on my hands and no remover was used. There were still parts of the old polish when they did the dip.

Very sweet staff except for this one man, he has a tattoo on the back of his neck and is chubby. He was very rude for no reason. If you get him as your nail guy then I wish you well in advanced. He gave a lot of attitude for no reason. He is also constantly on his phone!! It’s very frustrating when someone like him ruins the experience. Like i said before, the rest of the staff is great, they’re extremely helpful and did well! It was just this man that makes me not want to go back.

One of the highlights of moving here has been discovering this spot! I’ve been putting off getting nails done. Hands and feet. Why? Because I’m taking karate and didn’t want any extras In my way. Typically, I have lots of cuticle and without professional maintenance, it gets out of hand. No pun intended. So i decided enough is enough today. I Googled high rated nail shops near me, I was working at Grand Prairie Home Depot on 360. I saw Dash with 4.4 rating. Hmm, that’s cool. I called and asked if I would need an appointment for a pedicure. No. Just come in. After work? Rush hour? Come in. So I went. Lovely place, kind, lovely people. I had Hellen do my first-ever gel manicure. I absolutely LOVE it. This is my jam. Gel nails…then Lorie did my feet with care and understanding. MY nail techs always tell me not to do my own. I’m tall, it’s awkward and my knees hurt. Indeed, I won’t again if I can help it. My cost was sensible, and oh yeah, I had a lil wine with my chill. I had an insightful conversation with Anna, who is seeking a church home and we bonded right there. Just an all around lovely experience and I cannot wait to go back.

I came for a simple pedicure. No polish, I need yo see my toe nail. The only thing I asked was to buff the nails. If you look at the picture you will see why I will never go there again. Your toes shouldn’t bleed.

My wife called to make sure they are still accepting walk-ins and the owner told her yes. As soon as we walked in their employee Yuri told us they are closing so as soon as we starting to walk out and we heard one of the gentleman technician asked out loud to Yuri why’d she lie to my wife while he was still working on his client. I’m sure he’s fed up with Yuri. We decided to drive to Lake Side Salon for the first time and they were more than happy to accept us in.

I continue to give this place chances but every-time I come they charge me $5 more for no reason at all. The receptionist gave me the lamest reason of long nails but my nail were super short, just above the tip of my finger. For this reason, I won’t tip bc I feel like they are stealing my money. As much as I love the work, honesty is key with me so today is the last day for me and services rendered from dash.
