We offer everything from Haircuts Women, Men and children – Hilights, Color, Spa Pedicures, Nails Services, Waxing, Perms/DesignWaves, Condtioning treatments, Hot Straight Shave- with a Licensed Barber on staff. We offer a beverage bar to enjoy well spending pampered time with us. Relax in our jet pedi chair- or Enjoying getting a new latest color and style! Awesome! Very very pleased with cut and color. Fashionable place with great products and styling techniques! Was at a low point due to 1yr of actually trying to fit my hair into a hair style not meant for curly hair and my head shape. Thank you for not using a razor on my type of hair which is not suitable caused damage. Razors are a tool for special look hair cuts. So Happy! Thanks Ranae you are so professional and creative!

5 stars times a million! Heather is a life saver. I went to another salon in town (Elite Salon and Spa) for a simple trim and got my hair completely butchered, and I mean BUTCHERED. Heather did her best to fix and blend it all the best she could! My hair will definitely need some time to grow out but I can’t thank her enough for getting it on a better track to do so. This other salon wouldn’t even refund me my money, yet Heather was willing to take a money loss for their mistake and not charge me! (I paid & tipped anyways because she deserved it!) That speaks volumes on costumer service!

I had an amazing experience today! I was greeted by the receptionist with a big smile, the owner introduced herself and was kind enough to give me a very warm introduction to her business and services, she even gave me a welcome packet (seriously very cool)! My stylist Chelsea took the time to actually thoroughly examine my hair and set appropriate expectations ie. what was possible and what wasn’t, which if you have ever gone to most any other salon in this town they’ll tell you what you want to hear, not what they can actually do! I walked out of there in tears but not because I was upset, but because it was the 1st haircut I’ve had in this town that didn’t totally butcher my hair! Not only is it perfect, but the stylist was thorough, honest, and really professional! I have lived here for 7 years and I can’t believe I’ve never walked into the salon before, never again will I go anywhere else! Thank you for an extraordinary customer experience, you have a customer for life! P.S. Thank you for the complimentary cup of coffee, it was awesome!

ZERO STARS! First time here, and had a beyond awful experience. Was given a specific price when I called and made the appointment. The appointment took almost 6 hours and I was almost late to work because of it. My stylist left me several times to go help other customers, and when she did this she left a chemical on my hair too long staining my hair bright purple. I was told they would fix it free of charge since it wasn’t my fault. A few hours of burning scalp pain later, my hair was finally back to normal. Finally went up to pay after being there for nearly 6 hours and the lady at the desk informed me my total was $151. This was not the price I was originally promised. Not only was I told I wouldn’t be charged for the several extra things that would be done to my hair because of THEIR MISTAKE, but I wasn’t even given any options to what could be done, they just told me they were doing it. Not to mention they said free of charge, which apparently was their way of conning me in to agreeing to get the extra done. They definitely took advantage of the fact that I was a new customer. WILL NEVER GO BACK! Not sure about anyone else, but EVERYWHERE I have ever been has ALWAYS fixed their own mistakes happily and FREE OF CHARGE.

My wife went to this shop to get acrylic nails done. She had the nails done for not even 24 hours and one of the nails popped off. No real pressure. Then the next day lost another one. As she was taking a nap. The day after that (today) two more came off. With normal every day activity. When she was getting the nails done the service was wonderful. But the product is nowhere close to worth the time and effort and money that we were charged. Two stars for the service alone. But service cannot fix a shotty product.
