Just back from my third visit with Stephanie. She did an excellent job once again! On another positive note, I arrived at 10am and the pounding club music was cranked up past 11. I asked them to lower the volume, and they did. After that it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Do yourself a favor and find a salon that really knows how to please its customers. Stephanie did a terrible job of coloring my hair. The color faded after a week, and I am still trying to figure out how Duane gets such rave reviews. In the middle of a haircut he stopped and stated that he did not know what to do with the sides of my head. Needless to say, my haircut did not meet my expectations. May I also suggest that you not purchase any hair care products from this salon. Duane’s prices are much higher than the list price. I definitely would not recommend this salon. Overall I was very disappointed.

Just got my first hair cut here with Stephanie and I am absolutely blown away at how great my cut is!!!! Not only is my cut ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, but every single person that works here is HAPPY. You can tell everyone here loves what they do. They are so kind the moment you walk in the door and they are beyond attentive. Stephanie listened to my wants and perfected my vision. She made me love my hair again! So so happy. I will absolutely be back!! And I’m even planning on using them for my wedding!!!! They do hair makeup AND photography!! Amazing. This salon deserves 10 stars not 5.

I saw this salon had a groupon, I hate spending a lot of money on a trim. When I called to make an appointment I told the receptionist I have a Groupon she said ok no problem. I go there I got my hair cut it was a great cut they make you wait awhile . After I got my hair cut , I go to check out and the receptionist says you need to pay for the Groupon on the app. I said really I wish someone told me!! I was surprised no one told me!! But this place ok, not sure if I will go back again. A lot of the staff was in the back hanging out as I was sitting in the hair with my hair wet and mind it’s 20 degrees out

I arrived at this salon yesterday, I told the receptionist that I have a Groupon, she said ok. In a very cold manner! I told her that I will tip accordingly of the full price. When I was done, I went to pay and the receptionist told me that I owe 38.00 dollars, I said how can that be, you just redeem the Groupon? She said well Brittany the hairstylist don’t accept Groupon! Why didn’t she told me that when I told her about the Groupon.? If this certainly stylists don’t take Groupons, why they participate ? I found that very fishy between the receptionist and Brittany the hairstylists…. so 26.00 Groupon plus 38.00 extra plus 25.00 tip! I gat ripped off by this tow woman big time. I hope the owner of this place will reed this! I am furious at this time I will never refer this place or go back. The Stylists name is Brittany, I don’t know the name of the receptionist! This took place on Friday the Friday the 13 at 2 pm. This whole thing with participating on this promotions is a scam to rip people off! Please be carful when you go to this place with a Groupon, make sure you’ll speak to the right person first.
