If you are international student, you’d better stay away from this barber shop, don’t be fool by the good comments. The young lady who did my haircut scarcely said a word to me except asking what I wanna do with my hair. She showed no friendly sign or at least asking how my day was going. I was charged 17 dollars for that kind of service and I promise it will be my last time ever there. The old man and lady seemed to be better ‘cause they were friendly with their native customers. I hope they would make some change to serve better not only for natives but also for other students as well

THEY DO MILITARY BUZZ CUTS ONLY! I have (well had) a nice trendy men’s haircut of long on top and pretty short on the sides. My hair had grown out and I needed a haircut. I went in with pictures and even asked beforehand if they were able to do this and was assured that they could. Instead of the contrast between the sides and top, they decided to blend it together. I was left with what looked like, in my opinion, a flat top military buzz cut. I was charged $20 for a hairstyle I didn’t ask for and is not cut EVENLY! The worst part is they cut it so short that I’m going to have to wait before I can go somewhere else and get it fixed.

This place is great if you’re a cisgendered man. I walk in the door and before I say a word they shout “We don’t DO womens hair!” Made me feel super unwelcomed and dysphoric. They’re really opinionated and kinda bitter. I’ve convinced the women to do my hair twice but they say not to come when Dar’s there.

Bar is a great place to get a nice hair cut around campus, and from what I understand they have been doing this for years. People are so friendly, the only thing about this place is that you can’t pay with card, who does not have a credit card machine at this time lol.
