My son wanted a proper barbers haircut for the first time. Being new to Kearney, I reached out to the community for a barber and got a resounding “Darrell’s!!!” The shop itself is inviting and quaint. Full of treasures collected over the years. They sell some amazing products and the prices are right. Darrell is an incredibly kind and well-loved member of the Kearney community, and after talking with him, it’s easy to see why. My son and I were thrilled with his cut and the whole experience. Stop in for a cut. You won’t be disappointed.

Hands down will never take my son anywhere else! Aiden HATES haircuts a legit screamer and crier and Darrell did amazing! Not a single tear shed, the most detailed haircut aiden has ever gotten, and was the first time he did not have to sit on my lap! I could not be happier with this place and again will never take my son anywhere else as long as he is in the profession!

I absolutely love this place, my son had such a hard time and struggles with new things and new people. Darrell was so understanding and took time to talk with him and try to make him feel comfortable. I’m so happy I have some where I can take him regularly and hopefully get him used to it. By far best haircut experience I have ever had! Friendly, accommodating, efficient, reasonably priced and very thorough!
