My daughter & I both tan here. The owners are husband & wife. The wife is one if the most pleasant people I have encountered. She is ALWAYS polite and makes friendly conversation. I have only encountered the husband twice & both times he has been professional & nice. We often encounter 3 employees, 2 of which are kind and easy to talk to, 1 who always seems to be bothered that she has to actually work & is usually checking her phone. Overall we very much like the staff. As far as the facility is concerned it’s always clean and well kept. I have never smelled smoke (mentioned in another review) on my towel. I do feel some of the beds look worn and overused but they work well & are clean. We appreciate the different package options and text alerts on upcoming deals.

I’ve been tanning here since they were on Arlington Rd. I love all the different beds, although I always use the better beds. I am always satisfied with the equipment, and the owners are always nice too. The young people that work there aren’t always the best but I believe that’s a generational thing!

And I absolutely never tan any where else other that a beach!No matter the ti.e of day you never have to worry about a bed being nasty! I had to wait fit a front Saturday and it was both of our first time in a long time, and while we wait the Manager Ashley would help them figure it out a go and wipe everything down because they go in and as soo as they some out! Nice big place, great friendly staff. Just bought a month pckg , it was reasonably priced. I will be a customer here again compared to any other tan salon around this place bar none darque zone is better!!

Dirty and dingy. Staff isn’t very friendly nor do they want to take the time to explain things to you. Only one good staff member, Kati. I won’t be going back after this month is up. Also their towels are yellow and gross and their sanitizing container isn’t deep enough to completely cover their goggles.

I went into the location 4/4/2013 bought a $30 package for an unlimited one month. I went in today 04/12/2013 to tan and they didn’t have my name or number in the system. I didn’t know the exact day i went in at the time and told the guy that the girl behind the counter must of pocketed my money. He said to me ” I don’t like your attitude” and was ver unprofessional and disrespectful. He then made me wait for almost an hour while taking care of other customers and cleaning the tanning beds. Then walk up and says ill let you tan today like it was some special privilege to tan in a disgusting non clean place with crap all on the floor. Also wouldn’t let me tan for the full twenty minutes , just for 12 minutes. This place is a joke and I would never recommend going there. Horrible customer service

I used to work for this company and the owners are the best! They treat their employees above and beyond. The prices are the best in town and so are the bulbs. Don’t listen to any bad reviews, i worked here for many years and still recommend them!
