Tried this place and Totally Tan on a Groupon and was deciding which place would be the one I would go to and Totally Tan won hands down mainly for the reason of cleanliness. While tanning at Darque Tan I noticed there was a lot of dirt on the floor which looked like it had never been swept got all over my feet and then into the tanning bed. Then i felt dried on crusties by my hands that i scraped off the acrylic which leads me to believe they weren’t very clean. The staff were friendly but this place was definitely not very clean. It used to be really nice many years ago but it has gone downhill and needs a facelift with some employees that do something other than sit and are on their cell phones. The gal looked like she had just crawled out of bed & came to work.

I will be contacting management! The blonde girl working on 10/12/17 shut off my bed when the time wasn’t even up! And I have to pay full price for that! She had some guy waiting in there with her with music blasting away! And it wasn’t even 10 yet! If you are advertising that your open til 10pm then you need to let your employees know that!! Good job way to lose customers!! Totally tan is WAY WAY more professional than this place will ever be!

My favorite place by far to go tanning. Beds are always clean, and the employees are always super helpful whenever you have a question. I would recommend this place, although it’s pretty pricey compared to other tanning salons but definitely worth the money.

I’ve been tanning for year’s and have been to a handful of tanning salons. Darque Tan is by far the best! I’ve heard by many people complain that it is expensive but that is not the case at all. Customer Service is great also, I forgot to suspend my membership over the summer and when I went to go renew it in the winter, I had a big bill. When I contacted customer service and told them what happened they waived all the charges for me! Also, they are always giving big discounts through there phone app! 🙂

Don’t waste your time and mostly money!!! You pay to tan in a bed for the amount of time that you know you can handle comfortably, you pay for a 12 minute bed and they WILL NOT let you tan longer than 7 minutes. They ask how long you want to go for then when you say any amount of time over 6 minutes they say “the most I can do is 7”. Totally Tan may suggest or tell you that they dont recommend you tan the full time but they don’t tell you you can’t. I have gone thru this 2 times there and each time I didn’t even get color! I know what I can handle and if I burn then that’s my fault! I actually would almost rather burn than feeling like I wasted my money. If I can only go half the time then they should only charge half the price.

If i could give 0 stars i would. They get me to upgrade for $12 in the level 2 which is a total of $37. Its a 20 minutes bed , but will only allow me to go 10 minutes because they have a no burn policy. Most ridiculous thing ive ever heard of. I walked out with my money. I hope you go out of buisness.

the people have no idea how to run this place! Pray you have no problems because they can’t fix anything! Never a ” Manager ” here to find out stuff! I have been checked in under a wrong person , been told ya can’t tan because the computer is down and yet no compensation for the inconvenience or the fact that you cannot tan for that day despite the fact that you have paid for it. If you can find anywhere else to tan I would!
