Went into salon today to book an appointment ( new client) no one said hello, welcome be right with you. Stood there for almost 5 minutes and nothing. Four years ago I walked away from Darlene’s due to a misunderstanding I could have handled differently. It was a difficult time in my life after two major tragedies. During the 4 years I tried other salons and while I did receive some good haircuts, the environments didn’t feel like “home”. When I asked my stylist, Rachelle if I could return to her, she warmly accepted me back. When I walked into the salon, it felt like “home”. The stylists are professional, warm, and skilled in their art. They can with ease cover for each other if necessary. It feels so good to be back with them.

Called several times only to get voice mail to set up an appointment with my desired person, being a new client I didn’t know who to pick so I wanted to speak to someone. Messaged them on fb and I was told to call lol I gave up and made an appointment down the road at Jenny Tames manes where a person actually answered the phone( on the first try) and had a great experience.

I had Darlene cut my hair and she did a beautiful job of feathering and layering my hair then she suggested a treatment to bring my highlights out look totally awesome when she got done I also had a pedicure done while I was there yes I’m a man and I did a beauty treatment everybody there has absolutely fantastic thank you highly recommended
