Darian luxury nail spa… you mean Darian doesn’t know how to do nails. Please tell me, what on earth is this. We asked for a fill and they didn’t even make it look nice. Then they tried to charge us for a full set. First of all, a full set is a cut, prep, acrylic, and then polish. She shaved the apex and applied acrylic to the base. Which is a fill. lol a joke of a business. I wonder if they’re even licensed? Anyways, I’d rather give a toddler a nail drill and take my chances rather than going back.

Some of the rudest people. The older lady was being rough as hell to my sister and did a terrible job on her nails and laughed and said sorry after pretty much butchering her hands/nails. Got visibly angry when my sister asked her to change the polish color after the lady chose the wrong color the first time. And was even slapping at her hands. Couldn’t pay me to go back.

soo i’ve been here twice now, first time was okay. not bad just rough and not very much conversation. but this time i went with my sister the older lady who did my nails did not do anything like the picture, not the correct length, plus nails are different lengths as well. she was rude, didn’t want to change the color to what i wanted . plus she also would hit my hand to tell me to put it in the dryer . she also said sorry after being rough well filling and even made me bleed a little. so overall i do not like there service much at all.

I was serviced with a full set of nails for $45 the first time. 2 weeks later went in on a none busy day for a fill and was charged $45 for a fill. Of course, I questioned it and the excuse was my nails are long, mind you, a fill still does not use the same amount of product as a full set and should not cost the same amount. My thought was they obviously didn’t want to service me because, l admit, I am picky but if you don’t want to service me, don’t treat me badly by way over charging me. Just refuse to service me. I am a licensed nail tech and know this is abuse.

I’m not too big on getting nails done, however in preparing for a trip I decided to get a professional polish on my natural nails. The girl was great explaining the difference between basic polish and gel. She did a great job, and was fairly quick about it. I will definitely be back

I loved my experience! I got a pedicure, and it was well worth it. They are a little more expensive than what I am used to but worth every penny. They scrubbed my calluses perfectly! I highly recommend!!! I will be going back for a full set.

Ladies beware older woman wearing glasses. I’ve been coming here since last October no major issues except for today. This lady was very rough and did not seem happy prior to giving service. I was there for pedicure and SNS manicure. I was in the middle of my wonderful pedicure when she interrupted multiple times to remove polish by dipping fingers in a warm bowl loaded with nail polish remover. She asked me to rub fingers into cotton while undergoing pedicure. She first roughly rub off with cotton balls and it didn’t work. She then comes back with fake nail to tug nail under my skin roughly lifting my nail from my skin. I said “ouch,” she lightly apologizes and laughs going back to her desk. Later she comes back with grinding tool. She abruptly grabs my hands to begin grinding nails. For 3 minutes she is angrily expressing her frustration in her native language. She starts getting tougher and then some how trails off and slices my entire middle left finger nail and skin. She now drops her tool. I immediately react by stating she needs to be much more careful because she sliced my finger. I am now bleeding holding in my frustration. I refused her services and requested to just have polish removed. Someone else a lot nicer and gentler stepped in in order to attempt to correct. She genuinely apologized however, I was in pain and my relaxing pedicure was now ruined. I dont normally complain nor leave negative reviews however, today was an exception. Noticed this woman picture was not on the wall. However, Just had a great pedicure # 3 by a friendly man whom is the only reason I’ve given this place any stars. Good luck ladies the young ladies and males are incredibly nice to never say the least!
