Luisa was one very pleasant and two provided exceptional service. In addition, she was very knowledgeable in the service she provided. She also was very detailed in her explanation of the process as well as the after care instructions. I felt comfortable during the process and she made sure to be attentive to my needs. My teeth came out six shades whiter, Go Me!!! I will definitely recommend her and will be using her again for this and other services that she provides.

Ms. Luisa did an AMAZING job on my teeth whitening. I was not aware that my teeth were so sensitive but I learned that day lol! I jumped up 6-7 shades and I was was super pleased with the results. My spouse and I came here for the teeth whitening. Luisa was very thorough and knowledgeable. She took us step by step through the entire process. Very kind woman with a good sense of humor. The office is beautiful. Luisa (the owner) is very detailed with explaining what she will do, what you need to do, and the results. She quick and very precise. I got my brows and lashes done. Then I came back for the tooth whitening. I will be returning, this is now my favorite beauty spa.

Omg!!! This lady, Luisa, is absolutely amazing in every sense of that word! So, I am an extremely particular and selective person. I like everything to look very natural and I mean where no one can tell that I wasn’t born with them. Luisa did my combination (Microblading/microshading) brows and man did she deliver on her promise! The results are perfection! She is very professional and talked me through the entire process. Not only is she very talented, but she’s such a nice person with a gorgeous personality! My experience was so positive that I decided to go back for lashes. I again explained that I want them to look very natural and she understood the assignment and again delivered on her promise! I can’t emphasize how impressed I am with this young lady and her prices are extremely reasonable too!

On 5/4 I got a classic set done by Dominque by 5/5 majority of my lashes were off . I came in on 5/6 to show her what I was referring to as far as my lashes she even admitted to it being a lot of lashes missing especially for only 2 days .Instead of rectifying the issue and giving me a partial refund she was very rude and abrupt due to a review I left based on my experience which was more than true . This whole experience was so unpleasant I expected so much more . Please save your money and your time! I lost 80$ but they have lost a customer I will be sure to let everyone know about my experience and how rude and unpleasant both the owner and Dominique was when dealing with this issue that I didn’t cause
