What can I say, the folks here offer an amazing haircut at a great price. It’s a place a always feel great after leaving and I know they care about how I look and feel. I always leave a generous tip more than the recommended amount, they deserve the extra cash. Love this place!

This is our go to place for our boys’ haircuts but I think we will be going elsewhere. Their haircuts turned out good but one of the stylists nicked our 7 year old’s ear and didn’t mention it to me at all. I noticed it on the way to our vehicle and it was a fresh cut and was bleeding. It was very visible. I understand things happen and it would have been much better if I just would have been told. I would have brushed it off and still returned.

I called to set an appointment at about 9:00am they picked up and told me there was one available at 9:20. I accepted, told them I was about 10 minutes away and I’ll walk out the door right away. I show up 9:25, 5 minutes behind the time. I’m aware I’m late. They check me in and I wait. 2 girls behind the counter on the phones waiting for I’m assuming clients to come in. A few people walk in and they take both of them back right away. I look around and it appears all the stylists are busy. I didn’t think much of it as there is probably another girl in the back waiting to come get me. It now becomes 9:50 and no one bothered to tell me they needed to take someone before me because they double booked or booked someone at 9:30 for some reason after telling me I had a 9:20?… Why bother having that time available?? So I walked out. This wouldn’t have been an issue if someone would have bothered to communicate with me that I was late and they needed to honor someone else’s time first. I would have gladly understood. However, NO COMMUNICATION at all. I was a returning customer, will never be going back again.

Critical: ProfessionalismDid a great job with the haircut. The problem was the stylist talked half the time about her politics and gave me an anti vax speech as she is a foot away from my face cutting my hair. Never felt more uncomfortable getting a hair cut.
