I got tied up in a meeting and was 15 minutes late. Called to make sure I could still come in. I was told no and they still have to charge me $40. The apt block is 45 minutes long. They told me the next apt was waiting. I would be perfectly fine if it was a small charge. But to charge me a full amount for being 15 minutes late is horrible business.

Took my son (4)for a haircut yesterday. The girl was probably new? She took 80 minutes to cut his hair and didn’t even finish (too long for a child to be in a chair, sitting still). The fade is uneven and the top is too long. Someone came to help at one point but disappeared. Stylist kept looking her her phone and answering text messages. Would not recommend for a child

I have to say I’m not impressed, the place is nice and clean but the service was not the best. The barber was distracted for the whole cut, talking to his friend., the right side ended up being to longer then the left side, I showed him a photo of the cut I wanted and instead of straight lines down the face it was a rounded. The “hot towel” was maybe on my face for 8 seconds. Not exactly doing much that fast.Edit: I would like to add that the Dapper Rascal studio, has reached out and offered to fix my cut. And will gladly give 5 stars. Miss Eva was very nice and proffesional. I highly suggest getting your cuts here. I went here two nights ago to get my hair cut fixed. The last barber I went to the week prior brutality cut my hair really short with no real style to it. I absolutely hated it. It made me look older then I am. I booked randomly an appointment with a barber named Deondre, to see what he could do. I was absolutely suprised to see how well he fixed the cut. I mean it has style, and is super sharp. He gave me a tight low skin fade. It was like he took years off. Its so fresh looking. I really like it. I will be going to him again. Absolutely love the hair cut. Cant say that enough. The guy was precise and showed confidence when cutting which was reassuring. Im really picky. With that being said I absolutely recommend Deondre.

5 stars, Ian was exactly what I need for a clean cut while I was traveling. First time visiting this location but had gone to the Binghamton location once before and had enjoyed it. The place is clean, the vibe is friendly and the cuts all looked professional and sharp. I have been to many barber shops, mainly in NYC area, and these barbers put some of my local ones to shame. Will definitely be coming back to Ian next time I am in the area for a full skin fade.
