Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been visiting this shop for quite a few years and recently had a poor experience that I cannot overlook. I showed up for my appointment I made online–full disclosure, I was 5 minutes late which is my fault. The person I made an appointment with was working on another gentleman and the person at the counter was busy on her phone so I took a seat. After waiting for 45 minutes without anyone saying a word to me, I got up and left. I made an appointment with another establishment in town (referred to me by a friend) the next day and received tremendous service. I’m not sure what happened here and am unable to tolerate poor service from any business. I’ve been visiting this shop for quite a few years and recently had a poor experience that I cannot overlook. I showed up for my appointment I made online–full disclosure, I was 5 minutes late which is my fault. The person I made an appointment with was working on another gentleman and the person at the counter was busy on her phone so I took a seat. After waiting for 45 minutes without anyone saying a word to me, I got up and left. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBased upon the reviews I tried them and was not disappointed. A great facility filled with interesting decor, eclectic, old world – Brilliant!As I was a walk-in, I had no idea what to expect, was greeted by a nice lady who turned out to be my “barber”. Critical: ValueThis place looked great but I went to the location and it was closed and empty.. As in empty nothing was in the store. I made an appointment and they used square reservations and it took my money, I’m unsure how to get my money back at this point. I suppose I’ll have to talk to my bank since both appointments went through and no service was given. This is theft at this point. I made an appointment and they used square reservations and it took my money, I’m unsure how to get my money back at this point.
