Dr. K and Dr. P are both fantastic. Skilled and personable. I gave up on them a few years ago because it was so difficult to get an appointment that wasn’t weeks away, sometimes over a month away. Today I gave them another shot. Same story. Victims of their own success, I guess. I genuinely wish them well.

We found this practice to be shockingly difficult to communicate with. Takes weeks to get someone to pick up the phone, and once they do answer, they promise results but don’t deliver. We are going on 6 weeks of trying to get a prior authorization for an important medicine for my son. Needless to say – this is too much work and we have switched to a different dermatologist who is far more responsive. I don’t know how you can run a business like this.
