first time here… they were not busy but we’re pretty demanding and rude… long angry stares from employees that weren’t doing my nails,and instead of politely asking where to put hands/nails, what i wanted to do with my nails, and to wash hands, etc. they demanded things like it was a bother or that i was stupid. I regularly get my nails done so i’m familiar with contrast in culture, that salons are generally quick and straightforward with work, but the employees here genuinely seemed like they didn’t want to be there and that customers were a bother. maybe they were just having a bad day. besides that, i got a gel manicure and it was spotty, the nails were not one shade.

Do not recommend. They acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for dip. Very rough with me and the lady laughed at me when I pulled my hand back because she hurt me. They acted like they couldn’t do what I wanted on my nails and totally botched up what they did do. Will not be back.

Took my daughter who is 3 to get our nails painted. She was well behaved but would move slightly and giggle when it tickled. But the nail tech was very impatient with her and made her cry for something that is completely normal to do for her age. I rarely post bad reviews but I felt it was unprofessional the way she treated my daughter as I was sitting right next to her and helping stay quiet and still. I live here in Danville and will never come back or recommend them. I am all about supporting local businesses but this place lost mine.

First time here, they cut me- it can happen so I gave them another chance. Second time they burned my foot with the hot stones- same guy both times. Waited an hour to even get to a chair. No one is friendly it is more like herding cows for them. I will not be back. Pedicure, Gel manicures
