Really disappointed. Cut my fingers, edges all over the nail and polish on my fingers. This was this morning and 9 hours later I’ve already caught one of the edges on something and lost part of the gel (see third picture). Would’ve been 1 star, but towards the end two other workers came over to try to help fix it. Unfortunately too little too late and still didn’t turn out good.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done, Rose and Kim are soo nice, I come here with my friends and they always fit us in even last minute, they have even stayed after close to accommodate us! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I made an appointment here before my baby shower and I called the day before made my appointment with the owner and inquired about dip powder manicure and a pedicure I asked the price and was told 55 dollars. I go to my appointment had my pedicure the technician cut my toes and rushed the kid even though they were completely dead. Move onto my nails they are lumpy ,wide and dull and scratched looking and she cut one of my fingers also. I go to pay and I’m told 68 dollars! I asked why 68 I called and asked when I made the appointment and was told 55 the owner basically called me a liar and they charge extra for tips which I wasn’t told. I got no apologies just Rudely told that they don’t take Amex and how much do I want to leave for a tip!? I’m not that person so I left a tip but I WILL NOT BE BACK! And my best friend and her mom go there well not after I tell her what happened they won’t …buyer be ware if a nail salon is a few dollars less there is a REASON!! Stay away from this place!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI got acrylics and they’re so bad I’ll have to go to another salon to have them fixed. They smudged my nail and didn’t fix it. Not the length I wanted, all different shapes, they’re crooked, none of them are the same length, very streaky and it took them almost 2 hours to finish them. I’m never going back.

Really! I just did this! They chopped my nails & painted my fingers! Never again, my luck, I haven’t had my nails done in years! Had them painted black for Halloween, but didn’t end up going out! They had finally grown long, but haven’t since they chopped them – crookedly I might add!

I have been having my manicures/pedicures at Danvers Nails since they opened. Both my mother and I had been exceptionally pleased with their services. However, as of lately I feel the service is not as it had been in the past. In addition, my Mom is elderly and her skin is very sensitive. All she requested during her pedicure was to have a polish change and her toenails trimmed. The girl insisted on massaging her legs which caused her much pain. I explained this situation repeatedly to the owner to no avail. Such a shame as my Mom and I looked forward to our appointments at Danvers Nails.
