My daughter use to always go here to get her eyebrows done, She had been calling for 2 days straight to get an appointment but they NEVER answer the phone! So I took her up there and the girl said appointments ONLY, I’m like really! Yall never answer the phone so how can she make an appointment?!? She said nothing just walked back in the building! That’s fine because there is a new spot in town called Trendy Nails that will continue to get our business!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI contacted Dante Nails the week of April 5th to schedule an appointment for Saturday, April 10th. The lady who answered the phone at that time advised me to call back the week of April 12th (I called on Tuesday, April 13th), and when I did they told me they were booked up but could squeeze me in on Friday at 1pm. Well I work Monday – Friday and I live 27 miles away from Americus. I’ve spent quite of a bit of money with them before the pandemic hit. The lady who answered the phone at that time advised me to call back the week of April 12th (I called on Tuesday, April 13th), and when I did they told me they were booked up but could squeeze me in on Friday at 1pm.
