Critical: Professionalism, ValueI took my daughters here for their first mini manicure experience and Danny was nice to one of my daughters, the other lady was extremely rude to my other daughter, snapping at her to be quiet when she told her how excited she was to get her nails done for the first time. The lady also put her nails on crooked so that just added to her bad experience. I took my daughters here for their first mini manicure experience and Danny was nice to one of my daughters, the other lady was extremely rude to my other daughter, snapping at her to be quiet when she told her how excited she was to get her nails done for the first time. The lady also put her nails on crooked so that just added to her bad experience. We were still nice to them and paid but it’s definitely not worth it (the product or the customer service).

Critical: ProfessionalismI was very excited to get my graduation nails done. Since I am not from around the area, I searched for the nearest nail place, I found Danny’s Nails. I go inside the nail salon and asked for a manicure. I then told the lady what color, and we proceed. Through the entire time, she seemed like it was a problem to do my nails or if doing my nails bothered her. Through the process I told her I had requested a manicure, in a calm way. She replied back, with a loud and hostile attitude and I did not know how to react to such disrespect. To top it off, she started mocking me and I told her she was being rude and that she should feel ashamed to treat a new customer that way. I sure enough took my business somewhere else, where I had a better experience.If you are looking for a good nail salon with friendly service THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! I was very excited to get my graduation nails done. Since I am not from around the area, I searched for the nearest nail place, I found Danny’s Nails. I go inside the nail salon and asked for a manicure. I then told the lady what color, and we proceed. Through the entire time, she seemed like it was a problem to do my nails or if doing my nails bothered her. Through the process I told her I had requested a manicure, in a calm way. I moved to brainerd and usually went to serenity nails in hixson, so I wanted to try this place because it’s obviously closer and had decent reviews. I had got a gel set and picked my colors. The lady who did my nails did an AWFUL job. The powder she used was apparently transparent. I did not know this and was not warned. I kept waiting for it to get darker and it never did. When she finished I told her I wanted it to be darker and she told me it’s a transparent color. I said “oh okay, well can we add on a darker pink?” And she told me no. I went to the car and sat in the parking lot for 2 minutes and went back in and asked to speak to the manager. They guy points to the lady who did my nails. She comes up and says “we did not pick the color, you did. You should have told me on the 1st or 2nd nail but you didn’t. I can’t do anything because all 10 are done and it would take a long time to get the color off.” I told her how I didn’t know it was a transparent color and that I didn’t say anything cause I was waiting on it to get darker. She told me all that in a rude tone and refused to fix the issue. Now I have ugly nails. If you’re gonna own a nail salon, or any business for that matter, LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I was not rude or mean to her and didn’t deserve her rudeness back. DONT COME HERE. I was told by 1 person and another at the salon they only let a guy named “Danny” do their nails. THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE LACK OF SKILLS AND SERVICE THIS PLACE HAS. This is my first review for a place and that says something. I can deal with bad customer service to an extent.
