I definitely see an improvement. On top of that, Danielle is so personable and professional. And it’s like she’s an empath. She can literally tell when something is wrong. I recommend her to anybody.

I think that Dannielle is a very experienced and talented waxer. However, I was very disappointed with my appointment due to the fact that I had to wait almost 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and therefore did not have enough time to have my service finished. I am very respectful of people’s time and I followed her stated policy, arriving early to fill out the forms and everything. She has a strict cancellation, late, and no show policy which I respect because usually this means there is a mutual agreement and respect between the client and the waxers time. However this was not my experience. I drove 45 minutes for this appointment. I will say Dannielle did not charge me for what she was able to do but I was expecting to leave with what I schedules and I would have been happy to pay for that.
