Her technique and approach has been a wonderful experience for me. She also consults with other professionals and brings that experience to our sessions. She is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had!She takes time to assess my pain level and problem areas. She has me tell her if she is going too deep or too light and if it’s painful. She suggests helpful products and “homework” exercises and stretches to do at home in between massages. She works your entire body because it’s all connected! I like that she tells me what she’s doing and why. I love the end result when I’m completely relaxed and my pain level has gone way down.
