Critical: ProfessionalismMy awesome hair stylist moved out of state (went to her for many years) and so I am looking for a new stylist. I called and Daniel the owner happened to answer the phone. He was curt and annoyed from the moment he picked up. I asked his recommendation of the best stylist at his salon for a precision cut, as some stylists don’t necessarily accentuate that and rather focus more on coloring. This would be the time to sell your talents there to a potentially new customer. I have seen gallery samples of haircuts at different salons that looked as if the finished products were incomplete (wisps of hair out of place). The angry undertone in his voice and his abrupt demeanor and unwelcoming attitude just continued and left me speechless. He rudely told me that “we don’t use that word precision anymore.” That was enough for me.
