To be honest I used this salon several times for the convenience of travel but there has been so many instances where I was not pleased with the service. I got a haircut and color done. I gotten hair color by both Daniel and Charles who are the owners and was not pleased. The highlights were rushed and came out really bad. The color toner also was alot darker than discussed. The appointments are usually rushed and they always seem too busy to schedule you in. They hardly ever pick up the phone so you have to physically go to the salon to make an appointment. I feel they are under staffed because the wait time for service even with an appointment is long. I was sitting at the shampoo bar with toner in my hair and had to scream to get the hairdresser to wash my hair since I was waiting 30 minutes extra from the time the timer went off. I had to color my hair 3 times from other salons just to fix the color damage done here. The men’s haircut us also not done well. They don’t include a hair wash and they charge you so much for a basic haircut.

Love this salon ! Daniel is absolutely awesome. Small place but they do big things in there. Love the energy of everyone very zen environment. This last time I went I also used their makeup service for a wedding I was attending and the make up artist Mira did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this place. Im so picky with my hair since I suffer from hair lost Daniel does an awesome job making me look fabulous. Check this place out ✨updating went back for another wedding and wow this glam team hooked me up once again Mira knocked it out of the park 10/7/2022

I thought I had to go into the city to get a decent haircut but no—Charlie was extremely knowledgeable. He gently talked me out of a style that I wouldn’t have ended up liking and into one that I’m absolutely thrilled with. He did an incredible job on my hair. Kelly finished my style and she polished the look to perfection. I’m psyched. I rarely leave reviews but had SUCH a great experience. Highly recommend!

They take great pride in the work they do and are not satisfied until you are. They are not clock watchers nor do they rush you out the door. Wonderful place, wonderful atmosphere, wonderful staff. Family-owned, which I love. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Loved my experience there. It was my first time ever doing any kind of color to my hair so I was nervous, but Daniel was very patient and honest and took care of me as though I was a part of his family. I highly recommend this salon to anyone. They are professionals who love what they do and take pride in their work.
