Been going there for years! everyone is friendly and welcoming. The owner Margaret is such a genuine person and funny lady that strives to make all the clients feel comfortable and appreciated. My stylist Kim does an amazing job from cuts to color/highlights and keratin treatments and she always listens to what I want. I’ve never been dissatisfied.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI would respectfully like to start off by saying the front desk customer service representative Bri is very polite and welcoming. As soon as I walked into this hair salon she greeted my daughter and myself and checked us in right away. The staff was on time to start our hair service. I appreciate the time and patience that Amanda has given to wash and braid my hair in which I love so much. Amanda was very outgoing with me in a way that made me feel comfortable. She is very understanding and cooperative. As far as my daughter’s hair service went , today was her first time visiting this salon for a wash , blow dry and trim and I must say I am highly impressed and pleased with the time and patience that Jen gave my daughter doing her best with the type of hair my daughter has. The quality and value were both understandably reasonable. When completely finished both my daughter and myself walked out with a smile on our face. I would respectfully like to start off by saying the front desk customer service representative Bri is very polite and welcoming. As soon as I walked into this hair salon she greeted my daughter and myself and checked us in right away. The staff was on time to start our hair service. I had Fatima as a hairdresser and she talked me through everything and really taught me what was best for my hair and what to do and what not to do. First time experience and it was terrific! I was greater by the owner which I liked because it shows she’s completely committed to her business. I had Fatima as a hairdresser and she talked me through everything and really taught me what was best for my hair and what to do and what not to do. I am super excited to try the shampoo as it’s pH balanced. I have a tough time because my hair is fine and thin so some shampoos make it look greasy and some dry it out. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI HIGHLY do not recommend anyone get any service here . 1. The owner is extremely rude and belittles anyone around her . 2 Without any hesitation she will gladly insult you not knowing about what you go through . 3. very old school and not a modern place all the work that is done is not like all other salons around is more on the great clips side of the industry . The owner is extremely rude and belittles anyone around her . 2 Without any hesitation she will gladly insult you not knowing about what you go through . 3. very old school and not a modern place all the work that is done is not like all other salons around is more on the great clips side of the industry . Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI didn’t personally have an experience here but my girlfriend, my mother and a sister has used their services and all 3 visits were dreadful but not with stylist (the stylist thankfully was the only thing pleasant about their hair experience) with the establishment these 3 experiences were between April 2020 to October 2020 the stylist who they had does not work there anymore I think she figured out she deserved better BECAUSE SHE DID DESERVE BETTER than this establishment could ever offer her. First off they will take advantage of you, if u are young woman who only gets their down once a year they WILL over price any and all chemical services being done on you. The owner walks around talking about her employees to her other employees making it very uncomfortable for clients and her employees. Apparently this shop pays their employees on a scale. Starting %40 beginner stylist to %50 elite stylist. If they see you are willing to spend the money with a beginner stylist on your first visit as well as rebook with the beginner, they will switch your appointment on you by the next visit and stick you with an elite stylist so now you have to pay elite prices without being given a choice.They put out walk-in signs but it’s really just a tactic to get you in there then make you book an appointment to get a haircut meanwhile there will be stylists available to cut hair.Sad to say but the owner is bigot who is out dated and takes advantage of the handicap that go there to get their hair done.
