I have been a customer for years and wouldn’t trust any other salon with my hair or my daughter’s hair ecspecially since we’ve had previous bad experiences with my daughter’s hair! She’s half African American and half Caucasian so her hair is tough to deal with. But we have had amazing lucky at Dana’s Total image. Plus massage therapist is awesome.

I booked a facial today, and the salon and my techician were fine. The facial was fine if one was most interested in a relaxing, feel good treatment. But it was more of a massage than a facial. Perhaps it was my fault for not asking more about the service, but in every other facial I’ve had, they examine your skin under a magnified light, and adjust treatment as necessary. My skin felt good after the treatment, and dry skin was removed, but my pores needed more treatment. I appreciated that they used my preferred Aveda products. If I were to book another appt, I would be more precise in the service I was expecting.
