I wish I got her name. I just needed a trim and wanted long bangs. There was even a picture to make life easier. She sent me away with bangs an inch above my eyebrows and ACTUALLY said to me “I always cut them short, it’s ok…just wait a week.” If I wanted to look like simple Jack I would’ve asked for that!!!! I am so angry. The rest of my hair looks good.
