The wife of this shop is so unfriendly, unprofessional and RUDE! I’ve been going to this hole in the wall every month (sometimes more often) for about 6-8 months. The only reason I kept going back is because of the great job the husband (Michael) did on my nails and his friendliness.. However, the wife has NEVER been friendly to me! She is impatient, cold and unappreciative of my repeat business. I’ve even sent my family members and friends to this place. Who all had the same complaint about her. Not any longer for any of us though. Today I scheduled a 4:45 with Michael for my usual dipping powder color change and shellac on my toes. Long story short. I waited an hour past my appointment time with foil on my nails without ANYONE saying ONE. SINGLE. WORD. to me. I took the foils off my nails washed my hands and walked out! I went to Rio nails off 3009 and got awesome customer service, my nails look great and I paid exactly the same amount.

Been twice. Got the Deluxe pedicure with lavender. My toe nails were trimmed properly with no nicks. The foot and calf massage was really nice, then topped off with this wax bag on my feet. Came out silky smooth!

Critical: QualityMy sister went to this place & this is the sloppy job they did; doesn’t look symmetrical. She’s new to the area and decided to try this place, bad idea. She went back to the place & the lady refused to fix the problem insisting they looked good & there was no way possible to do anymore to it.
