Bought my wedding dress from Bridal Depot and received free alterations as part of the deal. Was very unhappy with the service I received. When I showed up for my first fitting, I was told by an assistant that Dana had stepped out. I had to wait for an hour before she got back. When I called Dana the week my dress was supposed to be ready, she had to scramble for a half hour before she could actually find the dress. When I came in for my final fitting, I discovered that she had made the bodice far too tight, causing the dress to pinch in beneath the arms and create unflattering bulges. By that point, it was too late to fix. Overall: disorganized and uncommunicative with unsatisfactory work. I recommend that others find a more competent tailor for their wedding gowns.

DO NOT BOOK TD Photo and Video! I went here about a month and a half ago wanting to look at the dresses but got stopped by the photographer and he wanted to offer us a deal on photography. He took me and my mom to his office and showed us all these nice pictures and offered really cheap deals which seemed too good to pass up so i went ahead and put a down payment of 200$ he said i could pay whenever i can and if i found someone better than him then he would give me a refund. So when i went home with his business card and couldn’t find his website or proof of his work (because i wanted to see edited photos instead of photo books in his office) the website didn’t exist! so i called the number and he didn’t answer but text me right after and said “whats up” so unprofessional! i thought i had the wrong number when i told him i couldn’t find his website he said its under construction and when i asked when will it be up he read my msg and didn’t respond. So i did some more research and tried to find reviews and it turns out he’s scammed people from their money and didn’t give refunds! He takes your money and run! he has stolen things at weddings and shows up late, the list goes on and on. Right now I am currently trying to get a refund and he is telling me no. Please read reviews before booking this guy! He also has a separate business called eternity photos as well and uses same pictures to present his work.. DO NOT BOOK DUY TROUNG
