Positive: ProfessionalismFirstly let me say the atmosphere here is amazing. Came in, smells amazing soon as you come in.. I scheduled a curly girl cut. During the consultation she informed me that the first curly cut is usually going to seem shorter than normal because of the shrinkage but as it dries it will drop to a nice shape. Got an amazing shampoo, mask & steam! The cut itself she went over everything step by step letting me know what she was doing and then even afterwards told me how to style and which products she recommends for the best styling! 10/10 recommend. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m in tears after this salon experience not only was my hair at bra length, she cut my hair to ear length, and I only came for a color consultation. and she told me that she couldn’t work with my hair in less she trims it but she did a big chop instead I have been natural for four years without a rexlar and I have not straightened it sent 2017 now my hair is ear length so, please don’t come here if you are natural and want a professional experience. I was recommended here by a young lady and I was highly impressed! Siobahn greeted me and was very interested in learning about my hair routine! She is very knowledgeable on natural hair and the steps I need to take to ensure my healthy hair even when I am not in her chair! I was offered coffee tea and water! This is my first time experiencing a stylist offer and have available refreshments. I got a shampoo and silk press. She got my hair the straightest it has ever been. So thankful her hands are MAGIC! Seems as if I got the same service as Mrs. London. Appt at 1130 w Siobhan was greeted by here but never got the chance to actually sit in her chair… why? My hair was washed by students horrible job so bad they didn’t ring my hair out and the water poured out the plastic cap and all over the floor and my shirt. Then Siobhan told one of them to blow dry my hair but what happen to getting my hair done by the person I was paying to get it done by? The girl attempted to blow dry my hair with a wide tooth brush???? It was just a horrible experience and at 1245 I said i had enough and that is when I seen Siobhan again the person I originally had my appt with. She came over to ask what’s wrong and I told her but at that point I wasn’t sitting around anymore she proceeded to say the wash was no charge and gave me a 50 off coupon for next time though they will never be a next time. I left with wet hair and half a poorly dryed hair.

Very very disappointed. Got a gift card as a Christmas gift because I never treat myself to any hair/nail service or massage and decided I’d get my hair highlighted. Scheduled appt and after being asked numerous times to confirm, they cancel on me last minute but want me to come in for consultation. I will take my business elsewhere where my time is valued.
