I was going there consistently and each time there was an issue with their attitude and how rough they were. I’d ask for a certain design and the guy would have a problem doing it. The very last time I asked for a design I had a picture of it. A woman tech said it don’t look good and the guy flat out said he can’t do it. I didn’t get a design and the polish on the nails were thick as usual making it look like my 6 year old niece did it. Haven’t been back since.

My sister and I went this week for a manicure and pedicure. My sister paid in cash and wanted to pay the tip on a credit card. The man accidentally ran the entire amount on her credit card and the refunded and showed her the refund receipt. He then ripped it up and she did not get a copy. The ran the card again for the just tip. Today we find out that her refund was voided. She has paid in cash, in card and for the tip. She called today to ask for the manager and was told to call back after 10am. At noon today, she was told he is on vacation all week. Please be careful using credit cards at this establishment.

I went to Dalton nails, because online said they opened at 9am. I arrived at 9:15am and the open sign was on. The door was locked and the elderly woman came to the door and ask what I wanted and I showed her with a pic of what I was looking for. She said come back later we closed and I asked what time and she said “ I don’t know, I don’t do nails!” Then I was asked to go away so she could close and lock the door back and still left the open sign on! Oh well, lost my business I guess.

The experience overall wasn’t bad but the biggest complaint I probably have is the false advertising. Their gel manicures are being advertised as SNS. The only powder part was the overlay. The guy who also did my nails put SO many layers on my nails because the polish I chose was more transparent than others. I can’t tell you how many layers he put. As a result, my polish look like little bubbles on my finger. The fact that my nails were filed to a square like shape makes this look even more comical. He also trimmed my toenails and one of them was cut crooked. He failed to fix it. Probably won’t be back.

My daughters and I used to frequent Dalton Nail. However, after this trip today we will not return. The technician was rude, and basically refused to paint my toes the color I picked out. I asked him to please remove the color he selected and use what I chose. He began speaking in a foreign language and was incredibly disrespectful to me. I’ve never had a nail technician be so rude. We will not give them our business any further.
