My experience was pretty good overall a guy named Andy I think did mine i when to him last year and I got a short pink acrylic set and liked I fine but I went there yesterday and I got a medium long white acrylic set. They look really good it was $50 plus tip. I made another appointment with him two weeks in advance the only thing I didn’t like is I made an appointment for 5:00 and didn’t get a chair till 5:35

Really disappointed after several visits here. Every time I’ve gone for a pedicure it was never what I asked for. Today I went and asked for the Tropical Deluxe Pedicure, which states it is approximately 50 minutes for $38. I sat down in the chair to start at 1:10pm. I noticed she seemed to be rushing in comparison to the other pedicures around me. For the scrub, she used about a dime sized amount on one leg (barely enough to scrub with) and was just rubbing my mostly dry leg with it. On the other leg she globes on the scrub and is dropping it all off in the water. For the mask, she barely used enough to even saturate my legs before putting the hot towels on, so my legs were just wrapped in towels with no mask on them. Then she disappeared for about 10 minutes. By the time she came back the towels were ice cold. She then rubbed oil all over my legs (literally a tiny pump of lotion and then soaked my legs in oil). Never wiped any of it off, so my legs were practically dripping with it. The “massage” was actually not a massage at all, just her rubbing oil on my legs. I’m 9 months pregnant so I literally came for the foot massage, which I didn’t get. She painted my nails in about 2 minutes flat, put my shoes on and walked away. A couple minutes later she comes back and plops down in a chair across the salon and sat on her phone. I looked at the clock and it was only 1:38pm. She literally did my 50 minute pedicure in 28 minutes. The other people I was with for the classic pedicure and we were all done at the same time. Mine should have taken at least 15-20 minutes longer. I waited there for a bit to see if she would come back in a few when the polish dried or something, but she never even looked up. When the rest of my party was leaving I moved the chair back and lifted the arm up myself (again, 9 months pregnant and she never looked up to come help) and went to the front and paid with someone else. I’m honestly mad that I tipped her, but I was in a hurry and just pressed the auto tip button on the payment screen. I’m very disappointed and certainly didn’t get what I paid for.

Beware if you go here. The older lady I got, was EXTREMELY rough, and destroyed my cuticles. She told me “relax and I won’t cut you”. She was beyond rude. I had also been growing out my nails and she clipped them as short as she could (also very aggressively) without even asking me. The color was not the one I picked out. It was just an all around disaster. I have been going here for about a year now, but after this I will be finding a new salon.

The quality of the nail services have gone completely downhill. I’m unfamiliar with the S&S style nails but this is my second time coming here to get them done and also my second time being incredibly disappointed. Both times I have left with visible dents in my nails. I don’t remember if the same lady did them the first time but this is inexcusable. Not to mention the lady I had this time was rude and destroyed my cuticles. I have been coming here since I was a teenager and I really wanted to keep coming here but it looks like I’m going to be looking for a new salon.

Worst mani/pedi ever!They didn’t use sterilized instruments. Kind of know why. Deluxe pedi and she didn’t even do cuticles. Most rushed job ever! She was very rough. 2nd try here. I won’t be back.
