Positive: Professionalism, QualityI started going to Natalie about 2 years ago based on a friends recommendation and she is great at what she does (cut and color). The best hair stylists usually take longer but it’s worth the results. Always happy with what I get. I usually go on a Saturday since I live 30 minutes away and the time the appointment takes. I started going to Natalie about 2 years ago based on a friends recommendation and she is great at what she does (cut and color). The best hair stylists usually take longer but it’s worth the results. Always happy with what I get. I usually go on a Saturday since I live 30 minutes away and the time the appointment takes. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI bought a Groupon for a full color package by Janet Hernandez. I set up an appointment with her and she never said she moved salons nor did she ask what color I wanted my hair. The package said ANY COLOR I WANTED. But when I went in she said she couldn’t do purple. So I understood. Then she told me she had other bright colors too, but they weren’t covered by the package. So once again, I understood. I have dirty blonde hair and wanted to go a little blonder and she refused and said that wasn’t covered either. So my only choices were to go darker, which I didn’t want to do. Then she tried to get me to do highlights instead (but why am I going to get highlights when I don’t like the color I have?! WOW SMDH.). I ended up getting a refund from Groupon because I was so dissatisfied with the service. I will never be going back to her or that salon again. I bought a Groupon for a full color package by Janet Hernandez. I set up an appointment with her and she never said she moved salons nor did she ask what color I wanted my hair.
