Dalina’s is one of my most favorite places so far to go get threading. Raksha is amazing. I also got powder brows, which came out amazing! She took the time to explain to me the difference between micro blading and powder brows and recommended powder brows and boy was she right. It is a bit painful but I have a good tolerance for pain and she does use lidocaine cream. I also had a facial done and that was wonderful too. I’m a travel nurse and I have to go by the reviews that others write on Google and I was not let down. Not to mention Raksha is absolutely beautiful and very stylish, which is something I pay attention to too. Highly recommend .

This place does amazing facials but I’m giving 1 star for this because they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. They give you a nasty attitude and doesn’t seem to be interested in taking an effort to schedule an appt. I called them once a week before to schedule an appointment, they requested to send a text, no reply to that and when I called them again during their working hours, no one answers and I get automated messages. Either they are just short staffed or they just don’t have the decency to get back to their customers in a timely manner. They did not say sorry or anything after this, instead they asked to go and find elsewhere to get facials. I gave up and got sick of their ego. I used to be their regular customer for facials, I’m going to find elsewhere like they said to get facials. They just lost a regular customer. I’m just so annoyed with their attitude. I think those staff members need to go to some training to learn how to treat their customers.

The only place I go in Tucson. The owner is very kind, the prices are extremely reasonable and the work they do is top notch. I tried many threading places in Tucson until I found them. No one else seems to understand eyebrow shape like they do. They also really care about their customers which is also rare in the industry. They gave out gift bags for their Christmas customers! Thanks for another great year guys!

Moved from New Jersey to Tucson and loved the way she did my eyebrows. When I first came to Tucson i tried another threading place, they were I went to some other place in Tucson and she was horrible, made my eyebrows too thin and cut my tail. I did some more research and found this place. She was wonderful, took her time & really listened to what I wanted. Will be coming back here to thread my eyebrows.

I moved from Vegas which had great threading salons. I tried a place in the mall a few times when I first moved here to Tucson. It hurt so bad when they did thred, but they spent half the time using tweezers and my brows never seemed even. I was less than impressed! I was looking for a real threading salon and thought I would try Dalina’s today. I am very happy to have found this place. Cute, clean salon. She made my brows thin, evenly shaped and it was not unusually painful like my other experiences here.
