I have to say that this was probably one of the best barber experiences that I had in a while. Brook was excellent and did a fantastic job, but also we had a conversation during the hair cutting and beard trimming (which is what I went in for), and even in that it was super helpful. I definitely recommend!

The only details I gave were that I wanted it a little bit shorter and to cut a bit more on the sides, and Laura did it perfectly without a picture or anything else. Amazing cut, nice staff and a great conversation the whole time. Would highly recommend this shop and I’m definitely coming again.

I walked into Dales. Immediately unlike other competing shops i was greeted w/ a warm welcome. Visually the shop is clean and open and has plenty of space. Upon arriving Dale realized l through his app i booked myself a week later then what i had thought. Though completely my fault, Dale offered to stay past closing time to sit me down and give me a cut when he was done w/ all his scheduled appts for the day. I happily agreed. I came back a few hours later and i thoroughly enjoyed my time w/ Dale. Great conversation for the entirety of the cut. Explained what he was doing, gave me product recommendations, and even booked my next appt for me. Extremely pleased. Would highly recommend to anyonewho wants a excellent cut in a comfortable atmosphere. Also feel free to bring your kids unlike other shops there is no profanity, appropriate tv shows playing video games and gum machine and fridge. 5/5 & i can’t wait to go back. Thanks Dale!

I walked into Dale’s Barber shop today for the first time. Lara cut my hair, I asked for a number two fade with a part on the side. I could not be more satisfied with her work. I normally don’t write reviews. I’m not from Torrington, but my past two haircuts from shops in Torrington were horrific.
