If I could give 0 stars I would. The other girls in the salon are good but the OWNER?! Girl you cannot do nails just run the business behind the scenes and stop, from a public safety & health standpoint. You will get more customers and better reviews. I have gone 3 times, each time I was lucky enough to not get stuck with her but witnessed several people including my sister complain to her about cutting their fingers and hurting them. Today was my turn. She did such a trash job doing my nails and rushing it. She can barely work the machine she uses. She stated that the french was “hard”. & its not the first time I’ve heard her say that. If it’s hard for you the owner (Lol) LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT. I’m not paying 60 dollars in a recession for you to wing it. My nail tips were uneven and i brought it to her attention politely 3 times before she finished the dipping and every time she tried to hush me and tell me she isn’t done and it will be fixed. Surprise she set it and finished and it’s STILL HORRIBLE. Not to mention I have 3 painful cuts that weren’t there before due to your inexperience & haphazard technique. At one point I just told her stop using the machine just use the buffer and put on top coat so I can go. She cut me with the buffer too. She filed like she was cutting steak. Miss please stop doing nails. I’m so upset I’ve never had a manicure this terrible.

Absolute horrible experience. I wanted my nails done for my graduation, so I confirmed the price for both my manicure and pedicure beforehand and yet somehow by the end of my appointment it was 100 dollars when that wasn’t what their menu even listed. There were no decorations or accessories on the nails just acrylic and gel paint. I also asked the nail tech doing my nails for colors that she claimed weren’t available even though I could literally see the exact color I requested on display on the wall. The nails weren’t even cute either, I’m only giving one star because google won’t let me give zero. The only good thing to come out of this is I learned how to do my nails so salons like these can’t scam me anymore.

The girls are great and friendly. But the owner is horrible! Rude and unprofessional. She is also mean to kids. My niece sat down by the window and was walking towards me to show me her homework and she told her to sit down and stop getting up. It was a Tuesday 3 people were there. We asked the girls if she can sit in the chair that was empty near me and they said yes. Then the owner said to my 7 year old niece that she needed to sit by the window and put back the chair. I explained she needed to talk to me not the child. My niece was crying because she kept looking at her as if she was in trouble. She also had a church channel on with people talking about religion and discussing sensitive topics. I had to do my feet and hands but told the girl I would be falling asleep if I stay there listening to the church channel. She’s a hypocrite with her being so rude to people and then pushing Christianity to her customers. She also over charged me and i had to question her and she was reluctant to check. If she would just let the girls run this place, it will remain, but with the owner I don’t see a bright future. Best time to go is when she is away in Peru!

I usually get my SNS manicure and regular pedicure here. The ladies are super nice here. The short girl with the highlights does my SNS Nails the best. My nails come out smooth and evenly shaped. And she’s pretty quick. If she isn’t busy, she would start my nails while I’m doing my pedicure.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctualityi have tried to use this establishment multiple times out of convenience, but after today… no more. I arrived to D’alejandra and asked for a gel manicure. it was not overly busy, but i had to wait and there was one girl infront of me. A woman came to put my nails in the aluminum/acetone mixture while i waited. and after FIFTY minutes my hands were straight BURNING. I took off the aluminum foil and asked how much longer. The owner said 15 more minutes. I waited 15 more minutes and When i noticed i was still waiting by 1hr 10 minutes and they took the girl who came after me for her pedicure I was absolutely livid and i got up and left and was extremely disappointed as this was my only day off for the next 8 days before my vacation . on a rainy wednesday with not many patrons this was unacceptable.but the owner is not very professionalThe last time i came here prior to this event i came and got my eyebrows done along with a manicure/pedicure. The wax area also doubles as the break room and a new girl was having lunch . As the owner is waxing my eyebrows she decides to completely Unleash on this new girl (in spanish). the owner not realizing that i understand spanish, started to tell the girl that “she understands she doesnt speak english but she still has to respect and smile to the clients because even though she doesnt speak the language she still has to be professional and to be polite to the clients and the other girls will not help her for long if she doesn’t start doing her part in the salon” . While i agree with what the owner is saying, would you consider that very professional to have a discussion as such in front of a customer? how embarrassing that must have been for the new girl!after that event i was hesitant to come out, but after today i will never set foot in this establishment again. The establishment is clean and beautiful staff is friendly. I get the powder dip, it’s takes almost 3hrs to get them done LOL! One of my gripes is the owner does my nails, and not ever gentle, it’s like she has it out for my left thumb, it’s always lopsided, and she files my cuticles til the bleed. Came here 3 times, this my last visit. Try at your own risk

I would walk by this establishment on my way to my other nail salon. I finally decided to stop in. It was around 11:30 on a Wednesday morning, there was no wait time. I wanted a gel pedicure and gel manicure. I also needed to soak off my acrylics, I was instantly greeted and seated. The ladies were very kind and professional. While I was getting my pedicure another woman worked in getting my nails prepped/soaked. It was a grest experience overall and good color selection. I will be returning in 2 weeks!
