I have been going to daks for a few months now, had an appointment scheduled today at 11, on my way in I called ahead to let them know I was running a little behind. They informed me the barber I had an appointment with was out sick and had canceled his appointments. I did not know that as I still received a confirmation yesterday. Thoeun said if I was able to wait for a few minutes he could squeeze me in at 11:30 today, and still on moments notice did a top notch job! Great customer service and awesome work from these guys! Thank you again Thoeun for fitting me in your schedule!

These folks may give a great haircut; I wouldn’t know. I attempted to patronize their business, but they wouldn’t communicate. I sent them an email, asking a question about their barbershop. Weeks went by, and no reply. I’m unsure why there’s an email option, if they won’t respond to an email. I was in the area, and stopped by DURING OPEN HOURS, (Yes, I AM AWARE OF APPT ONLY; I ONLY WANTED TO ASK A QUESTION) about 1:30 PM, on a Wednesday. THE SIGN SAID “Open”, but the door was locked. I called, then, and, after the allotted number of rings, received a voicemail message, saying the voicemail doesn’t accept messages, or hadn’t been set up. I’ll put my money towards a different tonsorial enterprise, then, after having tried to give these folks a chance.

Place is legit. Attention to detail like no other. Actually take the allotted time given to do a great job, instead of just getting as many people in the seat as possible. DJ cut my hair last week, and Dak cut my sons hair today. I can’t see us going any place else in the future.
