Another disappointment on the Seacoast for mani pedi. Polish isn’t even, you can see where top coat ends in the middle of nail. Barely scrubbed feet. What more can I say. Nice enough woman. Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI was so disappointed when I walked into the nail salon it was absolutely filthy. It took over an hour and a half to do one gel manicure she kept going on her phone and then getting up yelling at her children then shopping online while she was trying to do my nails. I was furious she had no concept of my time and I had so much to do that day. I’m normally not one to complain this is actually my first review that I’ve ever written for anyone. I was so disappointed when I walked into the nail salon it was absolutely filthy. It took over an hour and a half to do one gel manicure she kept going on her phone and then getting up yelling at her children then shopping online while she was trying to do my nails. I was furious she had no concept of my time and I had so much to do that day. I’m normally not one to complain this is actually my first review that I’ve ever written for anyone. New place for me. Delightful and lengthy pedicure. Tina did my nails. She did a beautiful job! I’ll be back!! The only negative: shop needs a little updating. But otherwise, all was great!!

They are wonderful, my nails always come out beautiful. They’ll make your nails look gorgeous, they can do fancier stuff sometimes depending who is on shift. Call ahead so you don’t really have to wait. Love getting pedicures there.

Then I went back a couple weeks later and it was the same. They were having some construction done but the nail table I was at was covered in file dust and not cleaned after each client. First time visiting. I had a pedicure by an older woman. She was rough brisk and not friendly at all. The only time she smiled was when I gave her a tip she didn’t deserve. Won’t go back. One of my nails was shaped on an angle. Had to have the manager fix it. On the other foot she must have nicked me. My toe was red and tender the next two days. I had to buy Neosporin to avoid an infection . The place should be shut down

I am new to this getting my nails and feet pampered, however the experience here has been a very easy transition. I have been here about 5 times so far and have witness a very organized staff. I haven’t seen any customers wait for any service, friendly staff greet you when you walk in and quickly take care of you. My nails and feet have never looked better! Love this place!

Would not recommend to anyone, the cleanliness was a huge issue, the woman did not change the pedicure tub liner from the client before me, the pedicure came out with air bubbles under the polish. When I mentioned it she did nothing. I ended up smudging them on the dryer and instead of fixing them she just re painted over it. And now they look awful and I have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get it fixed. Will not ever be returning there again.
