Critical: QualityI asked for short almond, pictures below of what I received even after stopping him before the acrylic was applied to show him a reference because the shape of the tips seemed so wrong. He said it would look like my reference when the acrylic was applied. I have super glue all over my skin, acrylic under my nails, and nicks and cuts on at least 3-4 cuticles. Canceled my pedi and changed to regular nail polish right after realizing he wasn’t going to correct the nails no matter how I addressed that it was not what I had wanted. Paid anyway but will be having these soaked off and re-done elsewhere. I had an absolutely AWFUL experience at this nail salon! While the owner/manager was polite, the shop was clean and neat—the benefits of this establishment end there! I was foolishly impressed by the incredibly short wait time, but I soon found out just why that was: what began as a pleasant pedicure started by the expert professional owner, ended with him switching me to a struggling novice nail technician, who sloppily and hastily performed one of the worst gel pedicures I’ve ever had! There was no cuticle push back, very little nail buffing, no foot scraping, topped off with a weak massage and poor nail painting skills. I even had polish around my cuticles, caked onto my skin! I would leave a negative star if that were possible; The worst $52 dollars I’ve spent in quite some time! I’m now stuck with the unfortunate task of going to yet another nail salon at the last minute, as I have a trip planned. PLEASE BEWARE of this business!!
