Got my nails done by an older gentleman who “has been doing this for 20 years”. While I was in the chair he cut my fingers 6 times, continuously picked dried gel polish off of my skin and was digging into my skin, used applicators used on other people on my open cuts, I left with the worst set of nails I have EVER seen on someone before and ripped up hands. I notified the man he had cut me multiple times and he said nothing but “it will be $45” respectfully I paid the service fee. After noticing how bad the job was done, I went back inside to politely inform them of the job and to get my money back. They tried to convince me that cutting fingers is normal and that I was having an allergy to the products used and that’s why my fingers were bleeding and threatened to call the police as they were cussing at my father and I. I have gotten my nails done hundreds of time and NEVER have received such terrible service or nails before. See attached photo for cuts, polish all over my hands, uneven nails, terrible paint job, overly thick, no shape, short, etc…

I would first like to say I highly DO NOT recommend this place. I had an issue here tonight and had to call the police because me and my friend were both being harassed and yelled at by the workers here, in fact, they were tugging on our arms and refused to stop when we asked them to, and it was all over the simple fact that they accidentally messed up one part of our nail and it wasn’t a small mess up. They completely changed our idea of what we want it and they made us pay before we even got our nails done. They were extremely rude and when we asked for our money back because they messed up the shape, color and length, then they proceeded to be excessively rude when we decided that we were just going to leave. We stepped outside the door, and one of the workers continued screaming at us, and that is when I had to call the police. They didn’t even finish our nails because of the whole dispute, they discontinued, screaming. I had a scheduled appointment and they were extremely because of a mistake they made, and did not want to fix and they just wanted to go and complain that they were already their time on us. I would recommend any other nail salon coming here

Kim, the owner, took me in as a customer when I went in to have a repair done to my dip that I had done by another nail tech, last week. My gel top coat was peeling up and it shouldn’t do that. She repaired my nails for free, PLUS put nail art on all my fingers, since the needed repairs were from no fault of my own. Thank Kim for a fantastic experience at your Salon.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve been putting off leaving this review for quite some time now. The photo I gave them as my reference photo was from their website (screenshot shown) I just wanted the “blood drip” design. When I showed the picture they said they could do something similar? I was confused as to what that meant considering the photo was from their website. Two separate people attempted my nails because they just couldn’t do the design. It isn’t the worst thing I’ve ever seen but anytime Ive shown someone my nails they said something along the lines of “yeah if I were you I would never go back there.” The other nails shown (the pink ones) are my sisters. They were really good until her nail tech got to her thumbs.. he rushed them. Those are not spider webs 🙁 I don’t have a better photo of her thumb nails as she attempted to cover them when we got home out of embarrassment. I took my nails off not even a week after getting them. A waste of $151 sad to say.
