Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called ahead to see if they could squeeze in my mom and I for pedicures that afternoon, they told us to come in and they would make it work. I had one of the best pedicures of my entire life, it was so relaxing and my toes look amazing. My mom also decided to get a manicure as well and her nails look wonderful. The location was impeccably clean and had super cute decor. I’m extremely disappointed I didn’t know about this place when I still lived at home. I had one of the best pedicures of my entire life, it was so relaxing and my toes look amazing. My mom also decided to get a manicure as well and her nails look wonderful. I want to love this salon. The atmosphere is awesome and the women who work here are wonderful. But, I have given this place 3 manicures and 1 pedicure and I am not satisfied. I got a manicure on Sunday, and two nails have already chipped (I do shellac). I work with my hands, but this is the only salon I have ever had problems with my nails chipping so quickly. I don’t know if it’s the product they use or the technique, but I will not be back. I’m tired of wasting my time going in to have them fix my nails. Super disappointed.

Critical: Quality, ValueI wanted acrylic nails with lacquer polish. After much hesitation (and selling on the part of the tech and yes I let her talk me into it) I went with the dipped acrylic. In the past Ive always gotten the regular acrylics with gel over the top. I find regular acrylics are stronger and therefore, last longer. It has been a week and all my nails are off. They didnt last because the dipped acrylic with resin is thinner. it is not as strong as regular acrylics and they are see -through.I don’t know why this salon does not do regular acrylics like everyone else. I paid a pretty penny for them too and didn’t get what I paid for. I won’t be back! I expect that someone from the salon will respond to this review with the usual “so sorry you are not happy with your experience” blah, blah,blah. But that will not take away from the fact that I wasted 70 bucks on this cheap mess. Was quoted one price then saw on the menu that wasnt the price. Verified the actual price, which she agreed. Then STILL charged me more. Paid over $100 for a mani and pedi which was crazy. Almost all my cuticles were cut open and bleeding and 4 days later my manicure is already lifting. Amongst other things I could mention. Not happy. Wont go there again.

Definitely get what you pay for. They took time on the dried skin. I had the orange pedicure with people wax, definitely pleased as to how soft my feet feel! Nice shoulder massage while drying. I’ll definitely go back for another pedicure

My daughter and I walked in today. We was greeted by friendly staff. My daughter got acrylic nails done by Ann. She was amazing. I had a pedicure and manicure done by Tom. He did amazing. You get a punch card and receive discounts once punch card is full. We will definitely be back.

I had a silky milk pedicure spa pedicure and it was fabulous! My toes look beautiful and the leg and foot massage, accompanied with the hot stones was amazing!! I highly recommend! They also offer Punch cards. After each service, the nail specialist writes their initials and after 10 services, you get a discount on the next visit . Gotta love that!

The technician was in such a hurry to do my pedicure and manicure. He finished in less than 30 minutes. He never even attempted to remove any callus from my heals. He worked so quickly and did not even try to clean any cuticle on my finger nails. I have never been treated so poorly ever at a salon. I would never step foot in this salon again or give them a referral. Plus they are over priced compared to all other salons in Parker. I did not get $45 worth of care. Stay away!!
