They gave me exactly what I asked for… Disappointed that they didn’t offer more services. As I was leaving, I saw a woman getting g a hot lavender treatment. She looked so relaxed as she dipped her foot in the hot waxed. I would of loved that. However, I am pleased with the service that so received.

The place is your low key nail salon. Clean, inviting, and not cramped. It was going to be my go to place but the tech who gave me a pedicure cut my nails too short and I got ingrown infections in both my big toes.

Every time I’ve ever gone here there has been at least 2 dramatic episodes, it’s ALWAYS an employee completely botching someone’s real nails, injuring a customer and mishandling it, or stealing or lying about money. The manager sits in the first chair next to the register and refuses to intervene no matter what. Worse manicure, polish job, and customer service in the cities- go somewhere else.

I know this place doesn’t have the best reviews but today I went in and had Kim for my pedicure and fill and she did a great job! I love my nails and toes. I would definitely come back to her!

Pedicure was ok, except they cut literally every last bit of the free edge of my toenails, ridiculously curved and short, and I am honestly concerned I’m gonna get ingrown nails because of this. I don’t think my toenails have been this short outside of when I broke a toenail half off.

Critical: ProfessionalismI do not recommend this shop.This nail salon is a cash only unless you want to get charged to use any card. This isn’t consistent by the way as I’ve been in a few times and wasn’t charged the fee the second time.The first time I was in, a client sitting behind me was complaining she had called and they told her they didn’t schedule appointments over the phone. Then when she came in, they were always busy. The second time I was in, the nail tech was behind and her next client very bluntly exclaimed that she would’ve shown up later because she took time off work to come in. No apology was offered to either client.I read on a review that they listen to what the client wants, however I did not have this experience. The nail tech argued that blending two colors together wasn’t doable. In the end, she ended up doing a great job with the two-tone blending… not sure if it was initial laziness or what?The nail tech I had was unprofessional with having an issue with a simple two-tone blending on my nails. I found this out from another long-time client, not even from the tech personally. I find this completely unprofessional. I love Daisy nails I have been going there for over 7 years. The staff is extremely kind and they really want to help you have a great experience. All of the workers their love their job and they have a great community amongst each other. I would highly recommend going to daisy!!!!
