I LOVE IT HERE!! I come with my mom every two week and sometimes more to get a pedicure!! The owner is so nice and so is all the staff. It is a friendly environment and you can always have a good laugh! They are all so nice and make sure you are well taken care of. I definitely recommend you come here. I’ve been coming for years and have never had a bad experience!!!!!!!!

The person that did my daughter’s nails tonight did a beautiful job. I’m unhappy about our experience when paying for the services. Before my daughter sat down, she showed the design she wanted and asked how much it would be. We were told $75. When it was time to pay, the owner asked the gal how much it was and she said $75. I then asked the owner if I could use a 10% off coupon I received via text. The owner then changed the price to $80 and then agreed to the coupon and said the total was $72. When I asked her about the price again, she lied and said the $75 was already discounted. I disagreed with that. The person did not know I had a coupon when she told us $75. And the owner continues to grumble about it but in Vietnamese (which I happen to understand) while the person that did the nails said to just give the discount and the owner begrudgingly agrees to $68. Please don’t send out coupons if you don’t plan on honoring them. I have been going to this salon for years and will not anymore.

I made an appointment for 3 pedicures -for 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, we picked out our colors and then was seated to start our service. A had a younger gentleman and my daughter had an older woman and both were friendly, except they could not agree on a price for my daughter’s pedicure and painting of her fingernails. The woman who was doing her pedicure told me $40, but then the gentleman I had, said No, $47. I declined to have her nails painted. If the cost was $40, I would of agreed, but I wasn’t going to pay an extra $10 just to paint her small nails. So, they do not have set prices I’ve learned, but that is not the reason for the 2 stars. My mom joined us for pedicures and the woman she had was middle age, shorter hair with glasses. She became VERY upset at my mom for declining to do gel polish and charged her an extra $5 just to REMOVE the polish she had on her toes! She was clearly talking smack about my mom with the other workers. Towards the end of our service, the women who was working on my daughter’s and mother pedicures came into a disagreement and the woman who was doing my mom’s pedicure was literally raising her voice at the other worker. I have been a long time customer and have been coming here for the past 8 years and actually went to high school with the owners daughter, but their services and prices has changed for the worse. I think I’ll be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

I don’t get my nails done often but the couple times I went it was to Daisy Nails. The staff are friendly. I don’t mind that they speak their language between each other while doing my nails or maybe even that they would talk about how awesome my feet look… 😉 I like the work they do. They do a good job however the past 2 times I came in they’ve yelled at me. I’m actually pretty chill when it comes to my nails but if there’s something I don’t like I kindly mention it. I had an appointment and they yelled at me when I asked how much longer because I had been waiting a fairly long time. I’ve recently switched salons because of how worthless they make me feel when I come in and the workers seem to just have an attitude or just happen to have a bad day every time I’d go. Keep an eye out I’m just disappointed how poorly they treat me there.

This place demonstrated very poor customer service I saw them laughing and speaking in their native language to one another about this woman’s feet. The lady knew they were talking about her but continued to receive services. I saw how they treated me it was nothing anywhere close to the treatment she received. They treated me excellent but I left feeling very bad. I am sure I will not visit here again. It’s 2022 equality should implemented in the hearts and minds of all by now.

Danny had me pull up a picture of what i wanted and he told me exactly what he was going to do to achieve my look, he even did a test run on the tip of a fake nail to show me what mine would look like! He paid very close attention to detail and did them exactly as described, the whole time he kept asking how they looked to make sure i was satisfied.
