Called ahead and scheduled an appointment for 5:15pm . When I got there, two people were already waiting before me. Long story short, I was in the chair for 30+ minutes and ended up leaving because the wait time was ridiculous. If I wanted an appointment after 6pm , I would’ve scheduled for that time. Just be honest and say you’re booked, but don’t have customers sitting around for 30+ minutes waiting for a chair. Or maybe hire more staff? That’s always an option.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughter and I had appointments. We arrived at 3 minutes before our 4:00 appointment. We had to wait. We waited about 7 minutes. No big deal, right? They took us to the pedicure chairs. One gal started on my daughter’s gel removal process on her nails while we sat in pedicure chair. Then another girl started working on her feet. Meanwhile, I’m sitting in the pedicure chair next to her. 45 minutes later, no one started on me yet. I got fed up and gave my daughter cash to pay her services, and I started to leave. I asked the owner why she made appointments if they can’t fulfill them. She just kept on working on her client without a response. So unprofessional. I just don’t get the disrespect they give off. Candy is amazing and her entire staff is so sweet, clean, and professional. I have been going to her for years and no one compares, not only does she always get me in even when I drive her crazy with my schedule, but her work truly looks perfect. People always ask if those are my real nails, that’s how good she is, you can’t tell the difference 🙂

Cute place , prices are pretty fair I think. I like the way my nails came out I’m going to try them again. However they don’t have a lot of crystal options. But a great color selection! Will update once I go again. Treated my niece very nice.

I tried this place based on a recommendation. I wanted to like them, but I can not. I went 3 times. First time I got a full set, I asked for square. Some were square. The second time I asked them to shape them a bit because they were not straight nor square. They charged $10 extra to shape to their accommoded shape. Week 3 with the full set – 3 lifted off. NEVER have I had that problem! EVER. Went back to ask them to fix it because I was just there. $20 to fix – 3 nails. I asked “How much is it to fix a nail?” $5 each – soooooo where do you get $20? I was just here?? Never again. I had to give 1 star to place this review, I would not have given them that! Attached pictures are of 2/3 “shaped” fixed nails.
