I am so disappointed, I really liked this place at first and wanted to support them. Yesterday I dislocated my left knee, I had an emergency orthopedic appointment at the same time at my nail appointment and called them to try to change it.on the same day for a later time slot. They told me they were completely booked and if I wanted to cancel I had to cancel through the app. Went on the app and she still had a later slot opened. They insisted it was a cancel to get the cancel fee that’s HALF of what the service is. I went in crutches and all to explain I’m just trying to change the time and not canceling and they said I’d have to cancel it and re book for the later time slot get charged the cancel fee and then still go in and pay for my nails to get done. Not an ounce of empathy not an accommodation not a simple care. Needless to say I cancelled and will not be returning. Clearly they don’t prioritize customer service. It’s a shame.

They are really good! All friendly and professional. I would not change my nail artist (Marialys) for anyone even if I have to drive far! And believe me when I tell you I’m picky with my nails. The owner (Daisy) is good too and the lashes she does are on point! Good prices too.
