My daughter and I recently moved & desperately needed our nails/toes done. We needed a location convenient to where we live. We found Dainty Nails Lake Mary online about 3 weeks ago and decided to give them a try. We both received a gel pedicure & dip for our nails. It was such a pleasant experience. John, Hannah and the entire staff were so accommodating. We both felt very comfortable as we received exceptional service on our nails! We went back today and were treated like we were family. The salon is very clean and the prices are great. They take the time to make sure each customer is completely satisfied with their service. Give them a call, make an appointment! You will not be disappointed!

Came in for acrylics but found out they offer dips which are healthier and lower maintenance for the same price so I opted for those instead. They did a great job, I asked for a short professional look that didn’t interfere with working and these definitely fit the bill. It’s a family owned place and everyone was very friendly, I also appreciated the convenience of online scheduling.

I went to this nail salon for the first time 3 weeks ago, I received dip nails. They asked me to write a google review, but I like to wait til the second time because first impressions can be deceiving which they were. The dip service I received the first time was not the same service I received this time. I had an appointment with a specific person who was the one who took my appointment down the night before. They showed up 40 mins late, it was confirmed for a dip fill but confused why they confirmed dip fill if they don’t provide fills for dip. So then proceeded having to take off my nails which I liked and were just grown out. The nails that I left with AFTER 2 HOURS AND 40 MINS … were very thick and wide and not natural at all. I asked for a narrow square and thin. I kept trying to correct them through the process but was continued told they know what they are doing because they have been doing nails for 14 years. I’m sorry but if your customer is not happy you don’t know what you’re doing then. I will not be returning. This is why I wait til I go back to see how the service is and you should too.

They were the only ones who answered the phone and could get me in within 20 minutes.My daughter and I both had pedicures and they treated her so well. My set is still hanging on almost two weeks later which is unheard of for me

Such a beautiful location! I’m so glad I found such a nice nail salon. The design of the spa is so pleasant to look at and the jelly products used in my pedicure were so fun for my toes. I have never used dip on my fingernails before and I’m pleased to say, this was such a great experience. Every day I work with my hands so I need short but pretty nails. So happy with my results!

Took so long, nails crooked, some nails bigger then others, and not what I wanted at all. I showed the guy what I wanted and he laughed at me. Then said yeah I can do it. Then 3 different people ended up doing my nails . The guy even asked is this long enough and before I answered he clipped the nail. I would not recommend this place at all for acrylic nails. Wish I could give negative raiting.

I took my 3 Girls and my husband to get pedicures today. John was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our family spa day. The location itself is very classy and beautiful. Felt very relaxing for us all. The prices are a bit high for the kids and the polish was not included. Other than that I have no complaints. Will definitely go back.
