I used to love going here with my mom and we were both regulars it got new owners and the last 2 times we went they double booked us. The guy came in called 10 minutes before the appointment and we booked the same time an hour and a half before he did and they him over us. Also before the new owner there was at least one person who spoke some English at Minimum if they weren’t fluent now no one understands English there if i could give 0 stars i would.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe massage was pretty decent.. what we didn’t like were the masseuse leaving the room multiple times and having conversations throughout the entire hour massage. The rooms were shut by a curtain and outside the door we could hear other people’s conversations and people walking by. It was a little weird and not relaxing whatsoever. Then at the end of the massage as we are leaving they demanded a tip.. which I decided not to during the massage since they did not stop talking to each but I decided to let it go and not make a scene and tipped $25… $25 over what I was going to tip and she said was that all?! We walked out and won’t be back. I bought a couples massage for my wife and sister today. They enjoyed it. No complaints. The ladies took good care of them. They both came out in a better mood. The massage therapist that was running the front desk and walk ins looked tired and over worked. If she or owner can read this, I hope she is getting proper rest and isn’t being overworked. It may be awhile but we’ll be back.
