If you are considering this place, all I can say is DONT DO IT! I’ve never been treated so poorly.. the bald guy called me “to picky” no one even wanted to drill my nails off. They just sat in the chairs with their feet up on the phone. I had to ask for a nail file to try and get it off, they said no to that! They continued to talk about me, I have the translator app. I have a mind to call state board on them. Everyone was ok with me walking out like this. It’s sad! If this was the only salon on earth I’d be going natural.

New management is terrible. Customer service is bad. They wont get another dime of my money after how I was treated today and this has always been my go to place until the new people came in. The young guy in there doesn’t care to do nails, he’s in a rush to get on his phone. Long story short. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

The man who did my nails was very pleasant. My nails came out ok. My complaint was the price. I was charged $65 for length and French manicure. What length? He said they were medium length. These are regular length almost short, very basic. I hate being nickel and dimed about my nails, I don’t mind paying and I tip well. I usually go to Buckhead but I came here in a pinch hoping to use them for a backup. I won’t do that again. Overcharging is not the way to keep customers.

I Was charged 55 dollars.. no chip metallic fill in… They lied and said the color i wanted was metallic by the end of the night the truth was they only had 1 color that was really metallic and that was sliver!!! she” The owner” put over the other colors that were not metallic… As you see the nails are chipped all over the color under is not covered and its not even time for a fill in but yet i need tgat aswell…. Need i say more?

I asked for a fill-in (all white acrylic) and a pedicure but was displeased with the job the nail tech was doing. I asked him nicely to make corrections but he got up and told me someone else would finish me up. Instead of fixing his mistakes the female nail tech just painted white gel polish over the white acrylic. I was then charged for the gel polish. Customer service does not exist in this location. If you have a complaint, they are not willing to work with you to make adjustments and you will be charged if they have to correct anything. Save your money and go elsewhere. I was charged $85 for a fill-in and a basic pedicure.
