Critical: ProfessionalismI made a day trip from San Jose to Castro Valley to get my nails and hair done in preparation for a wedding. I was running 5 minutes late, so I called to give a heads up, no one answered. I arrived at my 10:15 appointment at 10:20 and drove around the neighborhood because this nail salon is in a strip mall with absolutely no signage. When I was arriving and trying to find the location I called again and no one answered. I finally pull up and the space was empty and the neighbor studio said the nail tech left. Such a bad experience and could have been resolved if they would answer the phone.
